Office

Our office is located in a restored historic home creating a comfortable and warm, yet professional setting for patients. Consultations, office visits, in-office procedures and facials are all conducted in this portion of our facility.

Surgery Center

Azalea Surgery Center, L.L.C, the outpatient surgery center at Azalea, opened in the summer of 2003, offering many patients the convenience of having their surgery performed at our on-site facility. The center features a registration area, pre-op preparation rooms, an operating room, post-op recovery rooms, and a reception area for caregivers.

The surgical suite is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. and is certified by both the State of Georgia and the Federal Medicare program.
